Fitness Performance Data

ChatRPE collects data related specifically to your physical training and performance to provide AI-powered coaching. This includes:

  • •Training Logs: Exercises, sets, reps, and RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion).
  • •Physical Metrics: Current weight, height, and age used for volume calculations.

No Medical or Health Information

Important: ChatRPE is not a health or medical application.

We do not collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI), medical records, diagnoses, or clinical health data. You are prohibited from inputting sensitive medical information into the service. Any data provided is treated as general fitness performance metrics, not as a medical record.

AI Processing Disclosure

Your data is processed via third-party AI models (e.g., Google Gemini) to generate coaching insights. This data is transmitted securely and is used solely to provide your personal responses. We do not sell your performance data to third parties.

User-Uploaded Media

You may attach images, voice notes, and (on eligible plans) short videos to your chats. These uploads are stored in Firebase Storage under your account and are readable only by you. We track the daily upload volume per user to enforce per-plan quotas but do not inspect the contents for advertising.

Uploaded media is forwarded to our AI provider as part of the message you send so that the coach can respond. Do not upload sensitive medical imagery, images of minors, or content you do not have the right to share.

Your Rights

You maintain full control over your data. You may request a full export or permanent deletion of your training logs and account information at any time via the application settings.

Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are processed securely through the billing provider you used to subscribe.

  • •Payment: Depending on your platform, payment is charged through Stripe (web) or your Apple ID (iOS app). Promotional access codes may also grant time-limited subscriptions.
  • •No Financial Access: ChatRPE does not collect or store your credit card or billing information. All payment data is handled by Stripe or Apple.
  • •Management: To manage or cancel your subscription, use the Stripe billing portal (web) or your App Store Account Settings (iOS). Cancellation must be done through the provider you subscribed with.
